Naked pregnancy shot has becoming a trend in celebrities lifestyle. The first actress to popularized this was Demi Moore back in 1991. She did this when carried her first child, Rumer Willis, for the cover of Vanity Fair magazine.

Many people said the pics was photoshoped because that curves of Britney was too good too be true.

The very pregnant singer Christina Aguilera decided to bare it all and pose nude in photos for the January 2008 issue of Marie Claire. She tells the magazine that when she discovered she was pregnant, she still had another month of touring to endure. Christina Aguilera is married to Jordan Bratman.
Monica Bellucci
Monica Bellucci is currently married to fellow actor Vincent Cassel, with whom she has appeared in several films, and has a daughter named Deva, which born 12 September 2004. While in pregnancy, Bellucci posed nude for the Italian Vanity Fair Magazine in protest against Italian laws that prevent the use of donor sperm.
