The cast of Naomi Clark from 90210 TV series, Annalynne McCord (22), has a very simple secret to maintains her body shape and health. She does that by doing a belly dance routine every day!
"When I first moved to L.A., I didn’t have a lot of money to join a gym or take classes, so I improvised," said the starlet. "My sister and I went to the library and looked over their DVD collection and discovered Neena and Veena, these Egyptian twins who have a whole series of belly dancing routines. We did them all."
Not only is it a complete workout, said AnnaLynne, belly dancing has a positive side benefit as well: "When you’re shaking your booty," she says, "you can’t help but feel beautiful and sexy."
Her other healthy tips would be doing sit-up in front of the TV and eat a lot of fruits, while for other sport she said that she hates jogging and rather go swimming.
For you who doesn't know Annalynne McCord, don't think that she just a beautiful stupid blonde like the others, because she's not. Actress that rumored have a relationship with Twilight's actor Kellan Lutz has a high sense of charity. She is the Goodwill Ambassador for the Blind Project.
